Changing your booking

Booking date changes less than 7 days before the checkin date MAY not be accepted - depending on availability.

If you need to change your booking dates or number of people, you can send a request to us to change your booking.

We will need to accept the request for your booking changes to take effect.

If we decline your change request, your booking will not be changed.

If your change request is accepted, any additional payments or refunds will be processed and your booking details will be updated.

If we need to initiate the change, we will be in touch with you and you'll need to accept the change to the booking. If you don't accept, the booking will be cancelled and we will refund any monies paid.

Cancelling your booking

Please contact us to cancel your booking.

Receive a full refund up until 7 days prior to checkin.

Booking cancellations less than 7 days before checkin WILL NOT be accepted and your booking fee will not be refunded.

• Full refund up to 30 days before check-in
• After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable

Refunds will be calculated based on this cancellation policy. If you're eligible for a refund, the money will be transferred back to the credit card you paid with. Allow a few days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
